Darleen has a passion for working in underprivileged communities, particularly focusing on children. Over the last 30 years she has worked across cultural and socio-economic landscapes, led with her passion for individuals to discover their strengths and realize their potential. her Motto: “Learning can be fun!”
She brings to the team her creativity, enthusiasm and delight in helping others, with experience in personal assessment coaching, individual and team training, mentoring roles, team building, teaching, and working with students (pre-school to Grade 12).
Her experience as a team leader, project manager, community development, counseling, non-profit development, fundraising, and the pioneering and establishment of 2 Non Profit Organizations, offer greater insight into a large cross-section of clients in both the private and government education sectors.

Being the youngest Director, Joanna brings to the table a different perspective as well as fresh ideas. She brings to the team her love for children and people development.
Joanna has done much voluntary work in underprivileged communities, many of which included interaction with children

Reneilwe has experience in customer services, sales, marketing (Chamber of Commerce) and Non Profit work. She has assisted in running projects with assessments and development of over 3500 students and teachers Grade R-11 in underprivileged communities and private schools.
Reneilwe brings to the team her bubbly nature, commitment and enthusiasm to help children understand themselves and succeed in life. She is an asset to our team.
